Donnie Goins joins the pod to share his story about how an MBA project to redefine outsourcing by tapping into Central and Eastern Europe became a successful business venture.

Donnie is a Senior Software Executive accomplished in delivering software and hardware products in the following technical areas:  security, mobile applications, wireless platforms, 3D augmented reality, cloud and telecommunications.  He has lead small to large teams (up to 500 engineers) to develop products from concept to profitability.  He has managed International Development Organizations in Canada, Czech Republic, UK and India.  His entrepreneurial spirit has allowed him to create or purchase seven companies since 1992.  Donnie has held various senior level positions at:  Software Development  Europe, Inc., Tavve Software Company, Fujitsu Networks, Allen Telecom and BNR (research division for Nortel).  Donnie resides on the NC State Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, NC State Jim Hunt Technology Advisory Board and served Eight years on the NC State Engineering Foundation Board. Donnie loves spending time with his wife and daughter, running, cycling and playing golf.

David is a Managing Partner at Add1Zero where his team provides lead-to-close sales execution for tech-enabled B2B services companies ready to leap from 6 to 7 digits of revenue. He is also a co-host of the Leaders of B2B podcast. When David isn’t working, he spends time with his five kids and frequently travels between Dallas and Nashville to keep his interstate marriage alive.
